Accounts Staff Hours
Accounts staff are available between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday. They can also be reached by email should you wish to make a query outside these hours.
Payments can be made at anytime during Help Desk operating hours.
Monthly Accounts are issued in advance, on the first day of the month and payment terms are 14 days for monthly subscriptions. All other services are payment on delivery.
